Summer 2007

The end is in sight!

As I work to finish my Action Research Project the Tech Club is working on movies, a stop-motion film as well as a live-action film. My Cycle Three Action Research Question concerns empowering students through digital video projects.

Elevator Pitch

For Dr. Riel's 638D course, we start by writing an elevator pitch about our action research. This is the pitch I give, provided the opportunity to corner somebody important and share my action research findings.

Autism 203

A class about working with verbal communication and students on the Autism Spectrum.

eFolio

My Electionic Portfolio for Melissa Anderson's EDC 668 class.

Personal Leadership Statement

I was asked for and assigment by Stacey Kizer, for EDC 667, to describe where I see myself as a leader.

Action Research Cycle Three Report

My work with the Tech Club and a digital video project is examined in this report.

Mission to Earth

Tech Club completed their stop-motion film!

EDC 667 Podcast

What will podcasting be like in 2010? I consider the possibilities in this podcast. Subscribe to the RSS feed or download the mp3.

Action Research Report

My culminating report is now online! I consider my actions during the course of the past year as I tried to make Tech Club more inclusive.

Public Service Announcement

I crafted a PSA about the power that podcasting had for a student on the Autism Spectrum for Stacey's ED 667 course. You can watch the video and read my stakeholder's reactions.

Student Films

Tech Club students made several films, some of which were completed. Other students worked hard on the process of film making without finishing their films. Either way, students learned new skills and have fun in the process. You can head over to my school web page and watch the films.
